We tend not to use techno-speak when talking to our customers. We know what we are about and therefore do not try to impress with confusing technical terms such as: Jacking Poles; Floating Mullion; Dummy Mullion; Trickle Vent; Dog Bolts and so on…
We speak plain English that is understandable and easy to assimilate – we depend upon our ability to communicate to win your confidence and valuable order.
However, we don’t mind if you prefer to use the terms employed within the industry – in fact we welcome it!
